You may check in to your cottage from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must check out by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.<\/p>\n
Camping pitches have check-in at 3.00 pm and check-out at 2.00 pm.<\/p>\n
We do not guarantee a specific cottage number or camping pitch, but reserve the right to reallocate accommodation if necessary. If you wish to be sure of a specific cottage or camping pitch, it is possible to reserve a specific spot for a fee.<\/p>\n\t
You can book optional extras such as cleaning, bed linen and towels, a cot and a high chair. See the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section for more information.<\/p>\n\t
Guests are required to clean the cottages themselves before departure. Cleaning supplies are provided in all our cottages. If you wish, you can book a final clean at the time of booking or at the latest upon check-in. Final cleaning does not include washing up or rubbish disposal. Prices vary between cottages, so please contact us on +46493-10221 or info@campa.se for pricing details.<\/p>\n\t
No more people than the number specified for the accommodation are permitted to stay there. Children are defined as those aged 0-18. On a camping pitch, the occupants may consist of the guest named on the booking, their partner and any children living at home. The minimum age for booking and staying without a guardian is 18. Minors must stay in the same accommodation as a guardian.<\/p>\n\t
Pets are welcome here, but we ask that all pets be kept on a lead within the campsite. Please note that we only allow pets in some of our cottages, so please let us know when booking. There is an additional charge for the ‘pets welcome’ option. We cannot guarantee that our cottages are allergy-friendly.<\/p>\n
Smoking is prohibited in all our indoor areas, including both cottages and service buildings. Smoking is also prohibited in outdoor areas accessible to the public, such as entrances and playgrounds.<\/p>\n\t
The booking becomes binding once you have received confirmation of your booking from us. This can be done in various ways: in writing, by email or via a booking system. Always check that the details in your booking confirmation are correct.<\/p>\n
If you book more than 40 days before arrival, you may choose to pay the full amount immediately or to pay only the booking fee of SEK 1,000. For amounts less than SEK 1,000, the full amount must be paid immediately. The booking fee must be paid within 10 days of the booking becoming binding. The partial payment acts as a deposit and is subsequently deducted from the final payment.<\/p>\n
If the booking is made 40 days or less before arrival, the final payment must be made at the time of booking. For late bookings, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Unpaid invoices will result in cancellation.<\/p>\n
If you do not pay the booking fee on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.<\/p>\n
Booking changes can be made for a fee of SEK 200 per booking and occasion. Changes to arrival and departure dates can be made up to 7 days before arrival for pitches and 40 days before arrival for cottages. Shortening the length of stay is always treated as a cancellation\/new booking.<\/p>\n
Departure earlier than planned. If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no refund will be given unless otherwise agreed with us.<\/p>\n
If you have booked via a third party, their booking terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur terms and conditions\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t When making your booking, you can purchase cancellation cover. Cost of cancellation cover: SEK 245 for a cottage \/ SEK 170 for a camping pitch. Cancellation cover means that you can cancel your booking up until the agreed arrival date if you have a valid reason and supporting documentation. Your inability to stay must be substantiated by relevant documentation, e.g. from a doctor, public authority or insurance company.<\/p>\n Without cancellation insurance, no refund will be given regardless of the reason. If you cancel on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged. No refund will be given if your stay is cut short.<\/p>\n\t Make your booking flexible – Cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival. Flex price + Cancellation cover = Flexible booking The flex price is 10% of the total booking amount, and the booking must include cancellation cover (SEK 245 per cottage or SEK 175 per pitch). If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund, excluding the flexible booking fee and cancellation cover.<\/p>\n\t Please contact reception immediately if you encounter any problems.
